MINI-SESSION AGREEMENT
PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 20/40 minutes of shooting time.
DEPOSIT: $25 retainer fee is due at the time of booking. Your spot will be confirmed once the deposit is received. The deposit must be paid with credit card, e-transfer to koharmerdinian@gmail.com .
PAYMENT: the remaining fee of $175/250 must be paid on the day of the session with credit card, e-transfer to koharmerdinian@gmail.com or cash.
CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).
WEATHER/ Covid 19: If sessions are canceled due to weather/Covid 19, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.
COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 5 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.
COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Captured By Kari Photography.
CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining digital images/prints for personal use only and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions. (etc. etc.)
