MINI-SESSION AGREEMENT

PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 40 minutes of shooting time.

DEPOSIT: $50 retainer fee is due at the time of booking. Your spot will be confirmed once the deposit is received. The deposit must be paid with credit card, e-transfer to koharmerdinian@gmail.com.

PAYMENT: The remaining fee must be paid on the day of the session by e-transfer to koharmerdinian@gmail.com or cash.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours' notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).

WEATHER/ Covid 19: If sessions are canceled due to weather/Covid 19, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 5 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.

DELIVERY: Images will be delivered via on-line gallery. You will have the options to pick the images included in the selected package and to buy more images at additional price.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Captured By Kari Photography.

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining digital images/prints for personal use only and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions. (etc. etc.)
